State Amateur Qualifier #6 – Davis Park

Today’s perfect weather and pristine course conditions welcomed players at today’s Utah State Amateur Qualifier at Davis Park GC, setting the stage for a competitive day of golf and a chance to score a ticket to the 127th Utah State Amateur Championship.
Jarom Jorgensen led the field with an impressive round of -5(66), earning medalist honors thanks to a steady display of ball striking and confident putting. Right behind him, John Fox scored -3(68) and Thomas Young scored -3(69), securing their spots in the championship with solid play throughout the day.
A total of 11 players advanced from today’s qualifier, each earning a place in one of Utah’s most historic and competitive amateur events. The 127th Utah State Amateur Championship will be held July 7–12 at Logan Country Club and Eagle Mountain Golf Course.
